Q: What’s it made of?
A: The simple answer is ‘real stone’. There is no resin or plastic in any of our products, it is actually made of natural stone. A proprietary process of blending naturally occurring sulfate minerals, allows us to be able to create all the products in RK Productions Everafter Collection. 
 

Q: Where do we make our urns?
A: All the beautiful products you see on our website are entirely created by RK Productions staff in our studios in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. That’s right, we make our urns entirely in Canada. We take great pride in being able to say we create our own designs, all the way from initial concept to final product. We employ amazingly talented artisans and support our local economy in all that we do.
 

Q: Can all our urns be personalized?
A: Every single product we make can be engraved, this includes even our smallest keepsakes. Our creative team of engraving specialists, are ready to work with you to create a personalized tribute to a loved one. We can engrave virtually anything you can dream up and use a wide range of fonts and graphics. Full Color Proofs are available on request. (Unfortunately, we cannot engrave images.)

    Our History
Founded in 1994 by CEO and Artist Randy Koufalis, we have built a loyal following of trusted Funeral Service Providers throughout the world. Our business is built on innovation, quality and outstanding designs, with more than 300 products in our Portfolio. Randy worked early on in his career in the Vancouver Film Industry producing award winning clay animated films, props and set decorations. His background in these areas is ultimately what created RK Productions, now a leader in the industry.
 

Q: How do I place an order?

If you are a family, unfortunately we can only sell our products thru licensed Funeral Homes, but we would be happy to help you find a Funeral Home in your area where you can purchase our products. Please feel free to contact us for further info.
 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: This depends on where you are located. Orders placed on the West Coast of both Canada and the US, take between 1-3 business days to receive using a ground courier. East Coast, please add an additional 2-3 business days. Should you require the urn for a service sooner than that, please have your request in by 12:00 PM PST and we will have your (engraved) urn ready to ship that afternoon via FedEx to arrive Next Day Air!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All our staff at RK Productions care very deeply and take a lot pride in all the products we make. Every piece that leaves our building is inspected a minimum of 4 times before being shipped. Due to this, RK Productions stands behind every product it makes 100%!  If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, we will gladly offer a credit up to the full value of the urn or keepsake, providing it is returned in appropriate packaging and undamaged. 
In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit, we will immediately replace it at no charge!
Please remember to properly inspect all packages upon arrival. Should any package be damaged, you may refuse the damaged box and accept the remainder of the order.
If any of the packages you receive do appear damaged, or you are concerned about the contents of that box, please open and inspect the contents and report this to the driver.

Please contact RK Productions toll free at 1-888-275-7763 to report any damaged goods immediately.

Q: How much does it cost to ship?
A: Regular ground delivery can range between 5-12% for most areas. Some rural areas may cost slightly more. Keep in mind, smaller shipments will cost more, by percentage, than larger ones, due to how small carriers (such as UPS or Canpar) pro-rate their weights/shipments. Larger shipments can be sent LTL trucking via palette.

RK Productions Founder and Artist, Randy Koufalis, recognized early on, that in order to be successful in creating and growing the Everafter Collection, we must listen to what Funeral Directors and most importantly, what families are looking for. Should you or the family you are working with have an idea you would like to see become a reality, we would love to hear from you. Remember, we are not your typical urn distributor…we actually create, design and produce all our own products, so we really can listen to your ideas!
